Hey everyone! Recently upgraded my NVR to a 5216, with most channels populated. I have the Amcrest View Pro app on my iPhone X, and I can view cameras and playback without issue.
However, the app keeps forgetting the channel names when going to the playback screen. Each channel name was set from the NVR, and when I add the NVR to the app, all names appear correctly when I am viewing live feeds or searching footage. However, if I close the app or quit out of it, all channel names revert back to "channel 1, channel 2, channel 3," etc. If I delete the NVR and re-add it, all names reappear correctly, until I quit the app again.
This seems to only happen on the iPhone. Currently running version 4.00.003, with a build date of 2020-04-02. I have an iPad running app version 3.31.0202 which works perfectly and retains all channel names, and I'm afraid to update that.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
