Amcrest View Pro 2 black screen

Amcrest View Pro 2 black screen

I'm having an issue with Amcrest View Pro 2 where it displays a black screen instead of the actual camera feed. It does this intermittently, always at the start of viewing the feed. When it happens I've been able to get it working again by restarting the application, sometimes multiple times. It's definitely not the camera feed, I've been able to view that fine from my NVR while AVP2 is showing the black screen.

I'm running this on an older Android tablet. AVP1 stopped working on my tablet and now this only works part of the time. :(

It’s possible that AVP2 has some optimization problems on older Android versions :| Have you checked if it works fine on a newer device?
You could also try clearing the app cache or see if it runs better in a low-resource mode :) (if it has one)
