Amcrest pro viewer issue
I have 3 Amcrest IP cameras - IP4M-1025, IPM-HX1 and IP8M-2597. I use my iPad for viewing. If I use the Viewer Pro app for the iPad, it often freezes. If I use the View Pro for the iPhone it works fine but opens in portrait mode. It opened in landscape mode until I upgraded to iPadOS 16. Any ideas how to change this?

I don't think there is a Fix at this point in time. From what I was told they are working on a Release for the iPad that will give the full features as people are looking for. At this time there is no time frame for when the update will happen.

Thank you for the reply. The cameras are fine, the software and viewers are not.

Guess there was a new iOS AVP release today that fixes Push maybe it is also something for the iPad as well? Something to check out anyway. Just stated from another user on another thread in the forum.
