Settings/PC-NVR, server doesnt show

I have had this up and running in the past but due to network issues and reconfigure, ive reinstalled ASP. Here is where I am stuck. I have my devices added, 3 cameras and a server running Win Server 2016. they all show up under devices and they all show on line. I am trying to allocate hard drive space through the PC-NVR in settings, however, when i go into PC-NVR under setting, it does not pull my server through to be able to add the cameras and HDD's.
Name, IP, Port & Status are all blank and the items on the Left panel are greyed out.
any help would be appreciated

I suspect Windows Server 2016 is not supported by PC-NVR. See if this helps.

I ended up installing the software on another Server that I have running server 2016 without a hitch.... may never know what is the issue with the other server.
