I have uninstalled and installed the PC-NVR software twice (Once I went through the registry to see if there were some artifacts while it was uninstalled but found nothing useful)
It removes the folders so whatever is putting the "Unknown" items in isn't stored in the folders. I'll play with it some more tonight.
