I have an Amcrest NV4108E NVR and it's been working fine for several years with Amcrest Surveillance Pro on laptop and desktop.
Today when trying to view playback I get the following error.
"Failed to start playback netsdk returns error"
It seems to have started when DST kicked in at 2:00 a.m. this morning.
If I start the playback before 2:00 a.m. It will run past 2:00 a.m. It just gives the error if I start the playback after 2:00 a.m.
The video after 2:00 a.m. is available if I use the Web Management browser option to view playback starting at any time of the day.
Anything I can check to fix the problem? It's happening on laptop and desktop.
Date and time is current on the computer /laptop but DST was not enabled on the NVR when I checked it earlier. I've rebooted the NVR and the times are correct.

p.s. The playback works fine on the View Pro Mobile App so it appears to be some setting issue with Surveillance Pro only.

Checked again today and something must have rest itself overnight and it looks like it's back to normal. Can view playback from today's but anything from yesterday after the DST change is still giving the error.
