No Local PC-NVR Find

I try to add PC-NVR to the screen I keep getting "No Local PC-NVR Find". I have 4 cameras
IP 192.168.1.xxx all online and the PC running Surveillance Pro is 192.168.1.31. All connected
to the same 8 port switch and then uplinked to my asus router.
The PC is running Windows 7 Pro. I have added Playback,Device, Device CFG and Live View no
problem. I've had this working before but now keep getting "No Local PC-NVR Find".
The cameras do record to their SD cards. This should be something simple but what? Any ideas
out there

I would run the IP configuration tool to confirm the IP. The router may have assigned a different IP address to it due to a power outage or something like that.
