Setting up a complete new system, all works fine on the iphone application.
1 ptz & 6 ip 8mp cameras, No DVR, using Qnap NAS to store video

Windows & Mac versions downloaded from Amcrest Download section
Same exact condition with both computers which is:

When trying to Live View any camera that shows connected with green dot shows No Video !
IP Connection type is an Amcrest DDNS webhost using a different port forwarded port for each camera.
Actually this is the same issue with any web browser you try to see Live Video on any Amcrest camera either using DDNS,IP, or Local IP. The Pro application should solve this issue since I have tried other camera brands that work with their own Desktop Application.

The temporary fix is to not use the Amcrest DDNS direction link and to use the Serial Number P2P entry for each camera, then it works. How can Amcrest advertise their Surveilance Pro Application to work properly with Windows or Mac?

I do not want to use P2P, I want to use DDNS, can someone from Amcrest explain what the engineering issue is herre please?
