Well the main reason they are saying you should reset your camera because it can't do an export without a fail. So maybe after a Reset it will work right..

Before doing a Reset I would maybe try a Reboot if you have your system turned off for doing reboots I would reboot the camera at least try that and if you can't do a Export without fail then next step would be to do a Reset of the camera..
