Well looking at your system I am going to guess that one of the issues is that the 1028EW is the one your having issues getting footage from...

To be honest I would change it to H264.

On the 723 I would Bump up the FPS and Bit Rate...
Try to Avoid CCA Networking Cables They are JUNK PERIOD!

Now it's worked (from WebUI Only)! :shock:
I change the config according to your recommendation and that did the job right.

BTW - blue iris can be used with the local sd card that in the camera itself? or only with hdd on nvr/dvr?

Not sure Blu Iris is designed as a nvr for loads of cameras. Think you can have up to 32 or maybe more. I am sure it might be able to view what was recorded on sd... or maybe only from your computer running BItbh nvr for recording is best in my mind...
