Currently have 4 Amcrest cameras and a NV2108-HS NVR.
Considering expanding with possibly 8-10 more cameras.
Would having Surveillance pro running on 2-3 computers for monitoring with all recordings going to a centralized NAS be a workable solution rather than upgrading to a 16 channel NVR and using the web GUI for each monitoring station?
I do not like the auto log out timeout of the NVR and I really like the surveillance pro look.
This is on a gigabit network having 1 camera remotely located via VPN.

You can access an Amcrest NVR from multiple computers using Amcrest Surveillance Pro for Live-view, Playback, etc.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can access an Amcrest NVR from multiple phones/tablets using Amcrest View Pro app for Live-view, Playback, etc.
