Downloading Clips Error

Post by preynolds2 »

I go to my playback..
press the "Clip" (scissors) button..
Select the time span I want to download..
Press the Clip button again..

File starts to download... But quits before it done.. All I get is a little Red "X" in the status column.

Any help?
Or direction to another thread?

thanks

Hello and Welcome to the forum

Sorry I have to ask a Dumb Question but is the from Recorder or Camera? From DVR/NVR GUI or from Cameras WebUI?

What and where are you trying to DL the files too?
Here to help the best I can.

So I think that might be the issue. With P2P and ASP there is no recording ability and as such any trying to DL from Remote is also something I have personally not been able to do. So I use Screen Capture software to capture what I need from my Remote Devices if I need for longer storage or give to Law Enforcement. Also something that you could do is setup your NVR to FTP either offsite server or on your network and take files from your FTP as another things that can work..
Here to help the best I can.
