ASP (version 2) and Windows 11

Post by mclemens »

Yes, it works.

However, with 8 cameras in live view each displaying the main stream (1920*1080 1080P) the core utilization was very high for all 16 cores of the PC I am using. All cores were running at 80 to 95 percent.

There were no other apps running on the PC. When ASP is stopped the utilization for all cores returns to less than 5%.

Using version 1 on the same PC with the same cameras the 16 cores were all running less than 50%.

Turning off face recognition did not make any difference to the core utilization. Face recognition is on by default.

The version I installed is V2.003.0000001.3 2020-11-30.
