I tried to down load and use the software and having the same issues, it runs once then crashes with the 3 beeps, never runs again even after a reboot, this doesn't work and I'm not happy I can't even play my cams on my PC only the Phone app works!

Is this ever going to get out of beta?
I like amcrest cameras but I agree with the previous poster that the firmware/software is buggy as heck.

Blue Iris is very good considering the $60 price tag.

Almost 3 years and no updates!
Getting real tire of Amcrest and their garbage outdated software!

Well it's $80 now. That seems like a terrible company practice to push the pricing up. I wonder what the connection is... if ASP continues to fail and pushes people to the paid app...

Same thing as before, download speeds are HORRIBLE except for the one camera I have that is 5G capable. Back to the old version I go...

I have been using Amcrest Surveillance Pro 1.14.1 for several years. My laptop is Windows 10 64B operating system and my web is Microsoft Edge. It monitors 2 standalone cameras and 2 NVRs at a remote site. Recently when I start up ASP it shows the 2 cameras and 2 NVRs but show them all as being online. I have powered down and restarted the WiFi at the site and also powered down one of the NVRs and restarted. Nothing changes. It still shows offline. The only clue (and it may be coincidental and meaningless) is a message that on-site staff relayed, was apparently on the screen of one of the NVRs which indicated "over decode ability".
Suggestions?

Hello @Campers Welcome to the Forum
About Over Decode Ability is only a GUI Display issue for current setting of the cameras after a reboot or on startup. Normally if you lets say have the monitor setup as Matrix 9 screen after a reboot the system can say that if let say all the cameras don't load in Sub-Channel setup as they normally should. Like one of my system does however my 4116E-HS doesn't so every night after a reboot I get that message, I just click and view 9 and then all the cameras load in a display that works with some as Main and others as Sub. So that isn't related to the Network not letting you access from outside.
I would double check your Network and confirm the NVR's have a good DNS setup, TCP/IP that the NVR IP has a good IP in the routers pool for access to the internet. Double check the NVR in Network area on the left P2P or under TCP/IP-P2P that it is enabled and showing online.
It could be related to a glitch in the system networking as I have had that myself where I had to reboot the Router/Switch/ and so on and after the network devices were all reboot even the Firewall if you use one. Once they came back online the Nvr was able to work.
I would double check in a device that you know was setup with P2P like a phone or Tablet to see if they are still able to be accessed as it might be just related to the computer network and not the NVR's network.
