Am Surv Pro won't install in Win 10

The margin of the initial splash screen cuts off the 'Next' button. Since the Next button is off-screen, it cannot be clicked to proceed with installation. The initial splash screen is fixed, cannot be resized to reveal the Next button. I have tried installing in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and I am encountering the same problem each time. How do I get past this and install ASP?
