pressing notification does not open call screen
when door bell pressed I get a button pressed notification, but pressing the notification does not open the call screen as it is shown in the amcrest video. If the app is open the call screen works. I'm running an AD410 on a pixel 8 (problem also the same on galaxy S23). I've seen similar issues posted on the web but no answer. This feels like it's an app issue since the app recognizes the call button being pressed. it just doesn't open the call screen when I'm not in the app.

I actually am in contact with Tech support, they requested some video of the issue. They submitted the issue to the development team, hopefully there will be a response soon.
