No notifications?

I'm suddenly not getting any notifications from my Amcrest camera through Amcrest Smart Home.

The camera still works fine, I can see the live picture, I can activate talking/listening, it records to SD card just fine, and the doorbell rings when I press it.

However, it no longer gives me any notifications, either for human detection or when the doorbell is rung.

I have deleted and reinstall the app, cleared the data and the cache, formatted the SD card, rebooted the camera, made sure it was fully updated, and rechecked all the permissions.

The only thing I can possibly think is that for the past several months, Android has been notifying me that the app uses too much battery. I have never done anything about this though, and I checked to make sure it's not on the list of apps that are sleeping.

Any thoughts?

Same problem for me. AD410 Doorbell stopped sending push notifications for motion or human detection

They sent me an email saying they've fixed the issue with a new update to the app. It sent a link to download it immediately, but it didn't work. Hoping it hits the Play store in a few days

Yea I got an update from the play store saying that it fixes push notifications
Installed update and it still doesn't work but it also breaks HD image selection which now has to be pressed twice to view a HD image..It would be nice if it could remember the last selection
So I now still have to use Amcrest view pro to get doorbell notifications, why not make this app default to intercom mode on bell press and make this the default app for AD410.
