I have the Amcrest plugged into MicroUSB for the initial setup.
I have gone through the setup process, but the doorbell continues to report "incorrect wifi password". Doorbell is within range and everything I'm doing is correct.
What gives? Super disappointed at how difficult this setup has been so far.
New AD410 will not connect to Wifi
Re: New AD410 will not connect to Wifi
Hello and Welcome to the Forum
Sorry don't know the Router your using but I am going to guess that your WIFI Router is using a Password that the AD410 don't like.. So if your router is like mine and able to setup another SSID maybe setup another one with a different type of password and try to setup again.. Back with AD110 if I remember right I think there was some issues with that camera as well with some Special things like !@#$%&&*(..
Edit: Only mention about setting up a NEW SSID as it would be easier then changing your WIFI password and then having to have the whole family and or all devices change with it.. So that is the fastest and easiest way to see if the Password is the issue just an IDEA...

Re: New AD410 will not connect to Wifi
I had that same issue with the AD110 not accepting a long Wi-Fi passcode (>32 chars).
I have no idea if Wi-Fi passcode length is still an issue with the AD410, but just saying this has been a reported problem for several years in other Amcrest devices. Another workaround is to temporarily enable WPS on the router. Apparently the WPS handshake handles it fine which makes sense. I have not tried this.
