Doorbell - Tones and Chimes

After the recent Amcrest Smarthome upgrade to version 3.7 I can no longer mute my doorbell chime inside the house. I work from home and the doorbell drives our dog crazy. On previous versions, we selected No Chime on the app and that would mute the doorbell. That selection is no longer available. Please add it back. The attachment is a screenshot of a Amcrest video showing the No Chime location and ability.

Also, can no longer get live feed through the app on the doorbell. Keep getting a play error message. Finally, notifications like motion alerts a stopped working. No longer receive on my phone.

Please help!
