Camera not recording to cloud
Camera not recording to cloud
I've had a cloud account for two cameras since February 2021. As of 15 June 2021, they were working fine, they would capture any movement and record it to the cloud. Then I took one of the cameras out and transferred it to a new location, with a new wi-fi. That new one is on live but motion is no longer being captured in the cloud. Can someone please help? My cloud account is up to date and it still records motion from the one in the original space. Thanks, MM
