In the hopes of reaching devs at Amcrest:
When setting up a new device, the Amcrest Smart Home app, on both iOS and Android, limits entering a Wi-Fi password to a length of 30 characters. It's not even obvious that the textbox is limited; which results in a ton of wasted troubleshooting time. Regardless, it makes no sense.
WEP only supported up to 29 characters. However, WPA supports passwords up to 63 characters long.
