Amcrest Smart Home "Server" down?

Ok - updated to the 20200701 firmware. Seems to be connected without the IP tables- however, it is spamming my app with motion alerts even with no motion.
Tried: setting the motion zone to one block, no motion, yet its saying motion and recording every 5-30 seconds.

Might be time to return this thing....

Would NOT recommend doing the upgrade.

I just got to my door bell camera and updated it. Seems to be working well have to reset motion zones but will do that after I take my pups out and make some coffee

i didn't have to reset my motion detection zones. the firmware update kept my motion detection zones. i will have to reset the zones if i encounter something haywire like rd988 reported.

That is just it.. That is why I said something because my Motion was all crazy after the Update as well... Where before I did the FW update it was setup and not many alerts where after update Before reset camera it was going funny for little time.. Plus my NEW HUE Green as another person had said they also had a Green color before it was kind of extra Redish

Just did another factory Reset and now colors are good again.. Hummm Don't know why or where or how that happen also it was reversed picture and I didn't do that either so Mirrored it and back right again but strange I say

@Revo2Maxx did you get motion back normal too with the reset?

Yes oddly After my Second Reset My Picture is back good Color and Motion alerts are not going crazy and I have not even changed zone yet

Edit: Oddly this time however I did have to Remove it from my App where before I could just pick up off the Hotspot this time I had to Scan it back into app and now working great still have not changed zones and not going crazy

New firmware fixing this has been released

Hard reset + new firmware and everything seems back to normal.

Will the new firmware prevent the offline issue from happening again?
