I've installed the Amcrest Smart Home app (v3.9.1 on Android phone and v??? on iPad -- both download from their respective "app store" over the July 4, 2021 weekend but I don't have access to the iPad to verify version #) to manage/view my two ADC2W cameras. On the Android phone, everything worked every time as expected. On the iPad (my parent device), using the same account/login, both cameras are listed but it will only open one of them (Kitchen) in Live View. When attempting to open the other one (Outdoor), it get "fail to open video" error. If they go to multiple view, they normally can view both cameras. This always happen with the "Outdoor" camera only. No problem access the "Kitchen" camera in single live view. On my Android phone, I am able to open either one in single Live View without any issue.
Both cameras are running the latest firmware 2.622.00AC00E.0.R.210630.
Any idea how to fix this, beside not using the iPad?
