Same issue here. Although my Samsung phone isn't working but my wife's iPhone is still working.

Same here. Still received notifications but can't view anything in app.

So, factory reset doorbell, now I'm stuck as can't add device.

Can't see any service status page anywhere, no status updates on twitter / X...

Same error here. Network Error. Re-installed, no difference on Samsung. Will wait for them to reboot on Monday.

I still get the same 'Network Error' this morning. Is the server still down ?
Once the server is up again, we should be able to login and the app. will work. Correct ?

Don't they have 24x7 data center server support?
What is this server under someone's desk or something?

I was trying to update the wifi network on a new camera…. Did a factory reset and getting a similar “please check your network.” Been like this for almost a day…. Presuming this is tied to the same issue?

I updated earlier this week, but I am pretty sure that the app still worked after that, but not 100% sure.

Anyone try reinstalling the app maybe? May try that.

This issue started yesterday but the last update on my Samsung phone was on 11/29.
