Amcrest AD410 Doorbell Problems

I've been beating my head against the wall trying to get this Amcrest AD410 doorbell to work as advertised.

It works great at just sending an RTSP stream for Blue Iris, and from Blue Iris I can hear audio and respond from my microphone as well. I have also been able to connect the AD410 to my Alexa devices allowing the Alexa devices to announce a doorbell ring.

And that's about where the functionality ends.

I have been totally unable to get Alexa to recognize the cameras for either Fire TV or for my Echo Show. Note that I have been able to successfully get both the Fire TVs and the Echo Show to recognize and display both video and audio from an Amcrest ASH21 camera, which also uses the Amcrest Smart Home app.

Finally, when someone does press the doorbell, while Alexa is announcing the door in a timely manner, the Android app can take minutes or even an hour to receive a notification, and by that time whoever was at the door is long gone.

I have two AD410 doorbells installed, and both have the same problems. Any suggestions?

I have the same problems. In fact I haven't even got it to announce the doorbell ringing.
Could you share how you got that bit working?

Question: When they talk about the need for an Amcrest Cloud Account, does that have to be a paid account?

Sorry I don't know that answer.

I have an Ad410, I have a Echo but don't have them connected outside of there is someone at your front door.. I had a Ring Pro that I gave away because in order for it to not false alert I had to pay for a cloud account where I didn't have to pay for that on the AD410 for Human detection to work.
