AD410 - Random constant ringing

Hey all,

I got Hampton Bay (1001 407 776) https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... ell-AD110- compatible doorbell and it constantly and it randomly starts to ring without any stop through the day and middle of the night. I had to disconnect the wires finally. Any suggestion on how to fix it? I bought a new transformer 16V but it did not made any difference.

Don't know what else to suggest other than a different chime.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

Yes, I already checked that article and even purchased a brand new Hampton Bay (1001 407 776). The only thing I did not try was to install the diodes that came with the new chime. Not sure if it will have any impact.
