AD410 not ringing properly

On my newly acquired and reset'ed 2 times (thks to tech support) AD410 via Smart Home on a Samsung phone is only ringing ONE time instead of the expected 4.
Anyone with a similar issue or a way to resolve this please?

Are you referring to the chime in the AD410 speaker, an external wired doorbell chime, or the tone notification sound on your Android phone when the doorbell button is pushed?
