I have an Amcrest AD410 setup and working on my front door.
Everything works okay, except I cannot talk back to anyone at my doorbell. If I click 'listen' then I can hear them, however when I click 'Talk' it says 'Loading' for a few seconds then flashes up 'Failed to talk'. See screenshot (with image blurred for privacy).
Any ideas what could be causing this?

So I tested mine and doing as you said, CLick the listen, then I click on Talk mine works just fine.. I would maybe reset the camera and setup again.. I don't know if you are working the camera on a 3rd party hardware or software but I have mine connected to Amcrest NVR and I am able to talk and listen in my Smart Home app without fail even trying a few different times to see if it would fail. It was fine..
What are you using for Router? IF it is flex or on an AP could be an issue with Connection?
