AD410 App Freezes When Answering

When somebody presses the button on my AD410, the app send me an alert that somebody is at the front door, I press the alert and the opens to load the video feed, but it gets to 99%, sits there a few seconds and the says it failed to load. How do I fix this?

I would try to reboot the camera and reboot the phone and see if that cures the issue

Same issue here. Factory reset and reboot doesn't help
