I have the AD110 doorbell that has been working pretty well since July 2020 when it replaced my sky bell. Recently, I noticed that I was not able to play the videos from the SD card but am still able to view the live feeds without any issues.
So I tried to reformat the SD card - using the phone app - format storage device - but it starts the process and within about 30 seconds comes back with a "Failed to format" message. So took the card out to make sure that it is not a bad card issue. The card itself works fine with my old Windows 7 laptop.
Anything else I can try?

Honestly a different card. I have had same type issue. After using different card it was fine. Later trying card again in computer the card failed. Computers use is less of demand for Micro SD cards.
Just an idea. 2 years is good time for use. Have a different brand battery doorbell that I have to replace card every 15 months. This time I am 3 months in on WD purple so my hope it last longer.
