I put the AD110 into hot spot mode and the Amcrest Smart Home app won't connect to it. I've hard reset the doorbell cam and tried numerous times. I called support and they said I had to be connected to a 2.4GHz network, so I changed my wireless network to be strictly 2.4 GHz but still no luck. This is the third AD110 in a row that has had wireless issues. Any suggestions?

After restarting my phone and entering the serial number manually I got it setup.
