ad110 not fully working after power outage

this morning there was a power outage for a while and now my ad110 doorbell frequently says "successively connected to network". the app sometimes work (its like 50/50 if i receive "fail to get" when trying to make changes in app). i've tried factory resetting several times and the issue still persists. the main annoying part is it periodically saying "successively connected to network" -speaker default volume is loud-. the doorbell has had no issues before the outage. not sure what to do about it now :?
