AD110 hard reset not working on old and brand new doorbell
I wasn't able to connect to my original doorbell through the app on an existing installation that had been working so I tried a hard reset. It says something like starting hard reset with a voice, a minute later the LED ring changes from solid to flashing as intended, but it never says hotspot active and the SSID isn't listed in connections on my phone. I bought a new doorbell and it has the exact same issue. Has anyone experienced this?

The Ad110 you have to turn on the Hotspot. So once it was reset, the light going around then you press the button just a short time and it should say entering Hotspot mode. Then go on to finish install from there... Also make sure you are on a 2.4 wifi as it don't work on 5. Only the Ad410 will
