Hi, my door bell has stopped registering the press of the door bell button. The video is working fine and it is still detecting motion. I have gone through amcrest support who have agreed to replace it.
However I genuinely think it is a firmware issue. I have pirchased a 2nd AD110 and set it up with no issues. It worked correctly ( I took the other one down ready to send back) with no issues. It would register the button push and the bell would ring. It also would show the button push via the home assistant intergration I have running.
The 1sr door bell has been working well with no issues since March this year when 1st installed.
I then updated the firmware and the button stopped working completely again.
Has anyone else got this issues or know of a way of rolling back the upgraded firmware

further update in case any one can help.
I have reset the new device twice and then twice again. just for luck. i also use all new information when adding the device to the app. it worked perfectly for about 5 mins and then stopped working again.
