AD110 disappeared and goes in a loop to reconfigure it

This afternoon the AD110 front doorbell disappeared from all our apps leaving 2 other cameras. I could not get it to come back, so tried a hard reset. Hit the button again to put it into hotspot mode and run through the steps. I connect to the AD110 on my phone and go through the steps to scan the QR code, have it say it is connected, and get to the screen that asked to put in a password and an email. But when I hit the next button, it goes to a screen with a shield and a red X that says in incorrect English "Please make sure your phone connected to device's hotspot, then try again". The button says "start over" which indeed starts the endless loop over again. Obviously, it WAS connected to the AD110's hotspot to get to the screen to enter the password. Not sure what is left to do. The connected inside doorbell was working, but that is also not working since the hard reset.
