AD110 Chime connection issue

Post by lvnona »

Hi!

I had before old door ring button with small AAA battery inside and inside chime with 3 D batteries - wireless!
No i got my doorbell installed with single cable AC adapter to 24v plugged behind wall, but now I dont understand how i can get ANY chime to work.
I don't have wiring for chime.
Really bad explanation before purchase! If I knew there is requirement to have wires I probably would reconsider my purchase!
What is an options and solution to get Chime working inside without installing cables?

Thanks,
Norm

Hello and Welcome to the forum

There is a Wireless Doorbell from Amcrest that you could buy for it.. I hope you didn't use the Chime kit when you setup your system to the 24vac transformer? Are you outside of the US and that is why you chose the 24vac or just happen to have one handy?

Anyway the Chime by Amcrest is Called AD1 Chime and can be found here

Here to help the best I can.

Hi, I just confirmed its 19V to Doorbel and chime kit I try is 16v.
Yes I saw Amcrest Smart Home 2.4GHz Wireless Chime, Multiple Ringtones, AD1-CHIME, but why you are offering something what is OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE!? Which is not solution!
Or there is possibly an order somehow else?

Thanks,
Norm
