Ad 110 No live view

Doorbell has been working fine for several months, now all of a sudden there is no live view. Motion sensor still records events and they can be viewed in smart home. In amcrest view pro I can see the doorbell live view, but not in smart home. The same is true for mine and my wife's phone. I have rebooted the doorbell several times but the problem persists. Any ideas?

The SmartHome app seems to be very sensitive to the video encoding settings configured in the doorbell. It's possible to change various video settings outside the SH app that will work fine in other software but may just freeze the video in SmartHome. A factory reset should fix the problem, especially if you don't know what might have been changed and can't change it back.
