You can delete the camera from the Amcrest Cloud App on your telephone. At which point you will add it as a new device on the app & follow the prompts. Additionally, I signed out of my cloud account on the computer and it automatically picked up the camera. Hope this helps. I ran into the same issue as I found your question.
