I've been using Amcrest Surveillance Pro for the past year but added cloud service last week. On the screenshot below, can you tell me if the white (blank) band corresponding to the Driveway camera means data is not being recorded to the cloud? This happens randomly across all of the cameras; usually, I need to restart them in order for the blue band to reappear but on rare occasions it goes back to blue without human intervention. When I run a camera test during the white band period it passes.
Would you be able to point me to an area where I can troubleshoot this issue?
