Cloud reconfigs my IP8M camera speaker volume to 70
I have an IP8M-2493 camera, with a microphone and amplified speaker attached. The speaker works well with the camera's Speaker Volume configured to 100. I also have this camera connected to Amcrest Cloud, which can reconfigure the camera's motion-detect zones, and camera resolution. This all works fine, except for one annoying this. When the cloud reconfigures the camera settings, the speaker volume always changes to 70. I see all sorts of cloud settings for video, network bandwidth, motion detection and AI but nothing for audio. Is there a way to override this behavior? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hello and Welcome to the forum
I am not 100% sure this will work however I would say best to remove from Cloud, Then setup the camera. Reboot camera double check settings and then add back to the Cloud and see if it takes in your volume settings on the next add?
