Amcrest Cloud Live View - Black screen with sound

Amcrest Cloud Live View is not working via the Android app or via the amcrest cloud website on Windows 10. The playback videos work but not live view.

Both live view and playback work in Amcrest View Pro2 android app while connected to network.
Live view works when hitting the port forwarded ip address and logging directly into the camera.

Any help would be appreciated for getting Amcrest Cloud Live View to work.
