IP4M-1041 Web Interface, no audio

Hello all,
I am setting up an IP4M-1041. I got it set up with a static IP address, and I'm looking at the web interface, and there's an error message across the screen that says "It fails to support current audio config." Audio works when I use the View Pro app on Android. Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated. Thank you!

Well if it is working then I wouldn't worry about the error message. I don't remember why I had that once. I thought it might have been because it was using Chrome. On my camera in that line of the 1041, my camera is setup for main 711A at 8000 and the sub channel is setup for AAC at 16000. I did change main to AAC 8000 and it was working fine without the error, I will mess around with mine little more and see if I can reproduce the error. But my camera has been mounted a good while in an area with little traffic so I don't look at it much..

Personally if it is recording audio and you area able to by law then I wouldn't worry about the error much. Could be chasing a rabbit hole.

I agree with Revo2Maxx, if you have reliable access by another means don't worry about it.

I see a similar message if I use Firefox to access one of my cameras -

The error message is very clear and if I use Edge or Chrome then there's no problem.
My AMCREST Cameras:-

So yeah as Longedge was showing it is just the browser type. I was able to get one of mine to also get into this mode using Firefox on my Linux machine. The camera is fine and is recording on a NVR with audio without issue. So only issue is the browser you are using isn't in line with the Amcrest software.
