I just installed the latest available version of ASP from the Amcrest website. Added my devices , and all are offline.
Tried restarting the program several times. Verified all my information, and its all correct.
Everything worked fine before I installed the new version.
Any ideas?

If your trying to install P2P there might be an issue with Server if you are trying to install with IP then you need to make sure that all info is added right when you first install. If say the password was wrong even by a digit, it should be removed and installed again. Also need to make sure they have the Right Gateway and same Ip range as the ASP software. My ASP with P2P devices and IP devices are all on line so not sure what the issue could be outside what was already stated above..
