Re: IP8M-2796EB-AI how can i setup an area when motion is detected the white light turns on?
That one picture shows that event to be Flicker but this one I have setup to turn on the White light full time for 30 sec that is max offered.. Because I have other cameras that pick up the other event that I first posted in color full time already.. So that is why I have that on flicker.. Siren is ...

In that case, I know that my camera has the ability to setup a Schedule at day and night and maybe you setup that and didn't setup the right times. It can be hard to understand at times what is on and off using the schedules.. Please see pictures below to see if this might be the issue? Screenshot (...

Re: IP8M-2796EB-AI how can i setup an area when motion is detected the white light turns on?
Looking at your online Manual it seems that unlike my 2685EW-AI camera your camera only option for white light is flicker.. Why mine differs is that I have an option that says Full On.. However to be honest your camera description is mis-leading then because it does say that it has Color at night ab...

Re: Auto Launch ASP after Win10 logon
Just an idea, Windows Key, R, Then type in shell: startup without the space,, then a window should come up. Then using the Windows Explore open another window, go to your ASP folder and make a short cut to the app, then right click it and drag it over to the other shell window, then close out the wi...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
You can locate your model at the bottom of the DVR my guess is you might be using the AMDV5M8 or 5M16 DVRs, That is a newer version of the 7108-AI DVR.. I personally don't understand how a package would be put together with cameras that wouldn't work in the native format for Amcrest.. So on my 7108 ...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
Ok sorry, On and 1, 2.. The dip switches need to be on the other side 1 and 2. I know you said that it would only work in CVBS but if that is the case then 2 things. One you have a bad system or you are using a 5mp camera on a DVR that don't support 5mp.. Or you are using a 3rd party device and it o...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
Normally written manual is more complete then an online one. Seeing they said new system figured they already looked. Issue is sticker for cvbs and CVI isn't very clear. One is both switches other direction from other. If ptz setting is wrong even with cvi set camera could say protocol needs set bec...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
Ok sorry don't know what model it comes with. So I will just say how and where mine is for my Amcrest DVRs. If I right click the screen on the DVRs GUI, I click on main menu, I click on bottom left area says Camera, I then click on PTZ, Then I choose the camera I want to work with and in most cases ...

Re: unable to turn off the LED lights
What DVR are you using? Some are different then others on how to setup protocol. However new camera on new channel should have setup the tight one for your camera.

Re: Impact of varifocal cameras on apeture and exposure
Hello and Welcome to the forum.. So the Max is 1.5 so that is going to be the Zoomed in point. Most times that data can be found on cameras lens it self and or even the data sheet.. However because this data isn't on the Website in the data sheet and I don't own one to see if there might be any extr...
