I'm coming from a QSEE NVR that has been good for some time but it's now time to upgrade.
I purchased 4 Amcrest POE cameras which are model IP4M-1026EW-28MM and a IP5M-1173EW bullet camera which I can't find the model number of right now. They are hooked up to my QSEE NVR but will be moved to the new NVR.
Are there any suggestions for which NVR would best given the following needs?
8 channels
POE
Able to support Ethernet line splitting for locations where I have one wire running but want to split to two
Wifi enabled in case I add wifi camera in the future
Works with the android mobile app for viewing when away from home - which I assume they all do now.
Supports high resolution for future proofing.
Thank you in advance!

The Amcrest NV4108E-HS, This NVR can support up to 8 4k POE cameras. This should provide with plenty of future proofing and if you are looking for more than 8 cameras the 16 channel version is also a great choice.
Unfortunately the NVR does not directly support line splitting, Each port acts as an individual channel. However aslong as you have the NVR connected to the network you can route the cameras to a Bridge/Switch to the router and the NVR will still be able to pick them up.
The NVR works great with our Amcrest View Pro app. The app will let you select and look at individual cameras and changes settings with in them as well as view multiple cameras at a time in the case of using NVRs and DVRs.
The NVR itself does not have WiFi, However as long as you have your WiFI cameras connected to your network the NVR will still be able to see and use them.
Amcrest NVRs are quite advanced and have an amazing amount of options and customizability to them allowing for many situations. I hope this helps and if you have anymore questions please let me know.
