Reset Password for DVR AMDV7214

Dear all,

I'm a CCTV Technician, My customer is using an old DVR Model AMDV7214. Now they transfer to another but they don't remember the password.

I've tried to unplug the power and leave it for more than 3 days as a Factory Reset Procedure guide from Amcrest but have not been successful.

Can anyone help me to reset the password for this DVR?
