Push notifications not working

What's weird is I have a Wifi camera that uses the same phone and push notification works flawless from that. Just not my NVR...thoughts?

Think maybe your NVR is connected to your APP using IP and your camera is connected using P2P? I mean in truth of Amcrest camera works with Push and NVR don't could be an issue with Connection type.

Only thing is that it should work when your on your own network though.. So I would double check connection type, check that the P2P if using that on the NVR is Online status.

What is odd is after Jack says his is working I did some testing and mine is working as expected without having to re enable each device as I have had to in the past. Might have been a fluke so didn't want to mention it However still working that way today, So going to Connect up a NEW Old Stock 4108E-HS NVR still on older FW hasn't been turned on Since 2020 when it was Built, Setup and see what it does on that FW and P2P to my Amcrest View Pro app..

I lost all my push notification near end of October as well. 8 camera system what worked fine for a few years until now. I am on IOS device and someone off shore at Amcrest help line said an app update would be coming to fix it but gave no idea how long..... Planning to buy synology NVR for Christmas....

Revo2Maxx- My NVR is connected P2P. So I am thinking it's an issue with currrent IOS devices and NVR'? I don't know...hoping Amcrest support pushes out the "update" that will resolve this or I will try another brand going forward.

A new IOS view pro version became available four hours ago that fixes push notifications, at least for me.

I am up to date one app and IOS device but still no push notifications.

Looks they releases an update yesterday for IOS 4.2.1, but it's still not working for me
