Viewing Multiple Cameras - More than 16?

Is it possible to view more than 16 cameras on the mobile app (Amcrest View Pro) and also via HDMI on a tv set? Looking at adding a second hard drive and adding additional cameras but want to make sure this is possible before I do something the app wont allow me to. Thank you in advance...

Are you referring to adding cameras just to a viewing app or are you using a NVR or DVR. If it's the latter, you're limited to the number of channels on the NVR or DVR. I don't use the Amcrest app but I have 27 IP cameras on the Tinycam Pro app. I would think the Amcrest app would support more than 16.
