One of my cameras would display something about "login return time" on a black screen. I changed the IP address first in the camera, then in the NVR. Now displays "off line" on a black screen. I figured that I need to start over so I did a reset on the camera.
Here's the problem I cleared the data in the Amcrest app. on my Android. Went thru the set up, everything is ok. Then after I modify the password and select "start live view" I get "username or password not correct".
Any Ideas??? The modified password is entered correct.

Did you use any special character on the password? If so try without any special charector. If you are still facing issues please give us a call on 1-888-212-7538.
