Is the Turret going to be better with night time glare? What is the pro and cons of these two cameras?

So the people that have issues with ir glare best not to use dome... However some people still prefer dome over the other seeing it can be more difficult to tell where the dome is pointing. Clearly tell with turrets. I have both styles make little difference to me.

My 2 cents worth - my cameras are all behind windows and so I have the same problem as the potential one with outdoor cameras inside a dome which is reflection from the glass or plastic. Reflections can be from inside for instance when the IR lighting cuts in or from outside when for example the sun shines on the glass or plastic.

I think I'm right in saying that most dome cameras deal with internal reflections by having a soft silicone cover around the lense which presses tight against the interior of the dome. I've read that these seals aren't always 100% effective. Light shining onto the dome surface from outside can also cause problems.

The important thing is to choose the camera location very carefully to avoid reflected light.

I think that condensation is reduced by silica gel but I have also heard of people having problems with it building up in certain weather conditions.
